"Soba-tei Aburaya" offers hospitality unique to a soba restaurant.Soba noodles are hand-made soba noodles made from 80% buckwheat flour soaked in cold water.We recommend the soba, which has a firm texture when it goes down the throat.The special sauce is also made to match the noodles, and two different sauces are used to match the soba dishes.
